I believe you have d24t car, i didnt fully understand what you were telling
but i quess so.
Its overpressure sensor, first, the big hose going to intake pipe before
turbo, unloads overpressure on intake manifold to there (works on 0.8bar)
and also flashes "turbo" text with red backplate on your "gauge instrument"
(whats real word? ) which inform you at the safety ventil has opened,
and you have currently atleast 0.8bar on intake manifold,
which mean you need to loose gaspedal to get revs and boost under 0,8bar,
then ventil closes and red text disappears on your " gauge instrument"
