What is the maximum you can take out of the original pump with all thing turned on max? I am going to mount a big turbo and intercooler.

Max fuel flow is related to the size of the head and lift of the cam plate. I would get rebuilt injectors and have them set at the high end of the spectrum of opening pressure, that should help with atomization. From there, you can go to a 11mm head. There are also higher lift cam plates, though you would need a new head to go with that anyway, as installing a higher lift plate once the head has already worn in would be bad. Also, for full potential of the pump, a lift pump should be installed. If you can find a diesel compatable pump over there that pushes around 15 psi you will be good. Much over 20 psi and the front shaft seal can start to leak or blow out.

If you read through the modding the injection pump post I put up, it talks about the AFC housing... You can get more fuel if you grind the fuel pin to allow the pin that travels on it to go in further. You can buy them (they are adverstised for the cummins diesel engines), but you can just as easily weld up one side and then grind the other side deeper. Just make sure you have a very smooth polished surface for the pin to ride on when your done.

Around 150 hp my local dieselguru tells me is possible with another turbo and with standard parts in the fuel pump.... Injectors are good for more power than the engine can handle...

I bet I'll put down more than 150 at the wheels... That pump can push quite alot of fuel. I don't even have the collar off mine and compaired to my friends D24t it is a hell of alot faster!

You could also help offset fueling deficiencies of your pump by running Methanol injection under high boost conditions.
