I was just noticing we are up to 160 members world wide! Pretty damn cool, I was only really hoping for 100!

I think we will hit 20 by this summer, maybe 250 by the end of the year? The forum is getting close to a year old now, and we have been adding more and more members from Europe. Maybe the word is starting to get out that there is a great forum for Vovlo diesel freaks like us to hang out on!

Yeah, it really is incredible how much this forum has grown. I was happy enough just finding a handful of guys who knew anything about Volvo diesels. This forum is more than I could ever wish for. Thanks Jason!

In Europe there are few cars square and big like a volvo, for EU specs only Mercedes and BMW have such cars and Mercedes is a cab (taxi) car in Europe and BMW has expensive parts (5XX And 7xx)

Volvo lovers and unique kind a people because they are really car lovers, only a person that has cars has a top priority can realy love a volvo because of its design and engines.

Here in Portugal and the county nearby Spain there are many volvo lovers but it is very difficult to find some parts here such as head and tail lights (they cost 200€ here each) and there are no "special" brands other than volvo OEM.

Many of volvo lovers i know are people who search the web a lot in search for parts and many have 2 or 3 volvos only for parts :D

Like the forum, well run.

Can I suggest that those posting parts or cars be asked to state the country in the subject line -I get fed up of following potential purchases half way round the world!

Thanks! I do what I can, and am always open to suggestions for improvements. I haven't had any issue running it myself, thanks to the security question required to join... Spammers obviously don't know crap about these engines, and aren't going to take the time to look up the answer. Since I don't have to deal with any of that, its pretty easy to keep up with.

A good suggestion... I didn't really expect the forum to end up with so many members in other countries! I'll change the sub-heading for the forums to included country.
