Default help! no gasoil coming

Hello everyone ,

So i have no gasoil coming out the return fuel line,

I red the threads concerning this well covered problem on the forum, but what really bothers me is that I made the engines turn yesterday, it starts right off (timing, preheat, valve clearance were all done right) , as usual bw two weeks. i turned the key off, and today at first attempt to start, no cylinder even tried to explode

i really dont get it
pump solenoid is ok

i have no air coming inside the circuit...that's for sure

maybe i should check the tank, filter?

thank you..

so i tried to prime it again : i put gasoil directly into the pump, i had some drips coming out the injector lines, i removed the filter and it was still full. i unloaded the filter, it was full of dirt. i will put a new filter tomorrow , hopping it did its job and no dirt came into the pump

hello everyone,

So i installed a hand pump bw the filter and the reservoir : not a drop of fuel came in. i have now to undo the tank, but my manual does not tell me how to do it : i can see 4 15mm bolts and a 10mm nut holding a hose clip on the main reservoir hose, and that's it. but i guess it is not that easy...I dont understand how to take off the fuel lines.....
any lead?

Have a good day!

sorry, the tank!

I got confused , with the stress i guess!

i had no tank issue ... the prime bulb i installed was of no use.... i succeeded to have diesel coming from pumping it with my mouth...

this is so strange...the engine running so good, shut off normally, and then no diesel coming...my only hope is a clogged filter

now I put it a new one, and i have to engage the great combat of the ve pump priming

I use my Mityvac for that, hook it up to the IP out nipple, works great.

Other options, low pressure fuel pump plumbed in before the filter, or marine outboard motor fuel tank squeeze bulb same place.

Otherwise, lots and lots of starter cranking. Frequent breaks to let the starter cool off.

thank you ngoma for showing me this tool
it was a pain in the ass ...because i , in my great distress, forgot to turn the key, which means activate the solenoid ...
i opened 3 threads on the injectors lines and got the pump primed in 5 secs!

the problem was indeed a clogged filter
