Volkswagen 2066 = Volvo 5194?

Hey, I want to check/adjust the timing on my D24 and I'm searching for the 5194 adapter it shows in the green book but I wasn't able to find it. After some digging I found out that Volkswagen 2066 might actually be the same thing as the Volvo 5194. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
