Is this the large o-ring for sealing the aluminum intake tube to the turbo inlet? I've got a 1985 D24T that has the inlet pipe with the wire "clip" that holds it in the matched groove on the turbo.

Yes, this is the large o-ring that goes between the turbo and the aluminum inlet pipe.
