Default Leaking I.P

About 2 months ago I had the top spool seal replaced as that was leaking, but this weekend I have a new leak.

Its dripping from the bottom but I think its coming from a 10m nut just up from the bottom on the side.

The garage that replaced the top seal have said they will find out what seal's are in the pump and get back to me.

Anyone here know where it could be coming from?

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Sounds like either the cold start shaft seal or the main head seal. If it is the cold start seal you may be able to change it without too much trouble if you are careful with how you re-set the cold start lever on the splines (the spring is tricky to deal with). If it is the head seal it will be a pretty big job and you may prefer to take the pump off the car first.

The garage thought it could be that.

Thanks for your help.
