Default D24T Injector Pop Pressure

Rebuilt a set of injectors with DN0SD293 nozzles set to appx. 2500psi/172 BAR and set the injection pump to .95mm

Is this a sensible combination, or is it advisable to lower the pressure and timing closer to stock/green book specs?

The engine is .5mm OS, stock turbo, stock pump, ARP studs, MLS gasket.
Haven't installed it into the car yet.

2500 PSI seems quite a bit higher than spec. What is the reason for that?

I got carried away with the logic of "higher pressure = better atomization," lol.
