Default finally got the car home!!!

heres some pics of the car after i got it home and washed it. now time to get to work on the little problems,like the temp and fuel gauges not working and the taillights are all fuckey. any ideas on what to do with the two gauges not working? and i dont know what happend to all the stereo stuff and deff gonna get rid of the 1980's car phone! the car also just had glowpluges and the timing belt replaced and a seal in the injetcion pump it runs and starts awasom.. time to start beating the hell out of er!

Instrument panel gauges: Try banging on the dashboard-- could be cold solder joints on the instrument panel circuit board. Worked for me. Otherwise, these year range Volvos suffered from the quickly-(heat)-deteriorating Bosch wiring in the engine compartment. The engine temp sender for the gauge is the one at the front of the head, injector side, near the GP #1.

Looks nice and rust-free. Good find up there in the salty north.
