Default 15T from an 850

I know a common upgrade on a redblock is to switch the 13C with a 15T from an 850 T5, and they are quite readily available. Are these of any use to a D24T?

I've had a strange boost whine for a while and I've eliminated inlet manifold, boost pipework, intercooler. So, it must be exhaust manifold or turbo at fault somehow. Also, my turbo doesn't seem to boost well untill about 2500-3000 so it's quite sluggish around town unless you hold it in lower gears all the time, and also sluggish at 60 on the motorway when the torque converter has locked up. AND, I think my turbo is pumping oil into the inlet (i've added a catch can from the valve cover, and cleaned the pipwork and intercooler a few times but it always comes back). So... I think my turbo is probably isn't the best. So, if I'm going to change it I might aswell upgrade a little.
