Eight pin connector colour codes
Project 740TD is progressing slowly. Wiring of course is a mess. The eight pin connector the worst of it. Here's what I have found so far:
#1-Yellow/white? #2-Black? #3 Blue- Fuel shut off #4-Red - Alternator D+ #5- Blue/Green - Starter solenoid #6-Brown- Glow plug temperature sensor #7-Red/white - Alternator "w" - tachometer #8- Yellow /Red -Blow off valve I figure #1 and #2 are temperature gauge sender and oil pressure sender. I'm no sure which is which.

Correction :
#8 Blow off valve is Yellow /black not yellow /Red.
