Post Problem with rev, d24tic..

Hello!

I have a small issue, or maybe I should say speculation about my d24tic.
When im revving it above 2~2,5k rpm it goes slow down to the idle until it passes down under 2k again.

The injectionpump is adjusted so it should put in more diesel, so it smokes a little bit. But the thing is that almost every other d24 that also has their pump modified like mine and even more but don't have this rpm struggle like i have

Does anybody have an idea of something that needs to be fixed/renovated or is it invidually up to every d24 of how much extra fuel they can take?

Oh, and so no one misunderstands I want the car to roll coal.

Best regards,

Did this just randomly happen one day, or is there more to the story?

It has been like this ever since i increased the fuel. I turned it down a little bit today since i got pretty tired of it, but i still wonder why it happened to me even though it wasnt increased that much..

Also when i bought the car two years ago the pump was modified the same way but it rolled more black smoke than now, but it didnt have this rpm issue, ofcourse it went a little bit slower down in rpm's but not this much as now.

Are the governor/throttle springs modified in the top cover? It sure seems that something is pulling back the fuel at 2500RPM.
