Volvo dealer... You should be able to order it through tasca though. I wasn't sure that it was the MLS gasket, but after talking to more people and getting mine, they get the same stuff the dealer does, through volvo. Believe it or not, the gasket is still made by VW in germany! It was stamped. There are part numbers floating around on the forum somewhere, I should find them and make a sticky. You have to enter the part number to order it. If you just search under volvo 760 or 240 or whatever, the gasket for the d24/d24t will NOT come up.

0.67-0.80mm, 1 hole, 1.50mm, 91460071;
0.81-0.90mm, 2 holes, 1.55mm, 91460089;
0.91-1.02mm, 3 holes, 1.60mm, 91460097

My luck. I need a one hole gasket. .026 inch = .67mm.

Volvo tells me my head gasket is back ordered. Can't get one. Anyone got the number for tasca or a link?

ditto; I've had very good experience with putting a ss gasket in one of my gasser vehicles.

I think he just means the metal gasket. Theres no stainless gasket available for the D24 that I have ever seen or heard of.
