Default D24t pwr steering bracket improved

https://thosbryant.wordpress.com/201...-pump-bracket/

This guy has a great blog for many Volvo repairs. He had a stronger bracket cast of stronger metal, and machined in a way to avoid the common failures, and brings the pulley into alignment. Factory mount is not ok. It's not cheap as he had to spread production costs across only 20 pieces.
Look through his writings and pics. This guy is a Volvo guru and answers questions concisely. Many decades experience to learn from.
