Halsey Import Parts in Portland, OR
These guys are a small VW shop and parts store (I have no affiliation with them) that just carries the normal Worldpac stuff (no dealer-only items) but they generally quote the lowest retail price I can find anywhere, and they ship quickly. Don't bother with their online quote form, they never seem to reply to it. Just call them up...

It's both a repair shop and a import parts distributor. They do worldpac, IMC and some dealer stuff (if it's VW/Audi (which obviously this engine is).
They know the cars well, do good work, and have good pricing (10% over cost and very hi-volume, so cost+ship is usually quite reasonable). I will miss living on that side of town super close.
