are you just looked for a td exhaust manifold? I'm sure kevin (slobodan) or George (v8volvo) would have one they would part with. They both have quite a few extra parts laying around.

I have a 760 TD manifold but from what I understand I won't have clearance for the turbo in a 240. My head has turned out needing valves and guides so Im waiting on parts at the moment for that. After the head is done I'll be ready to drop the engine in, and see what is what.

I'm pretty sure the stock D24T turbo and manifold have plenty of clearance in a 240, the only thing you need to worry about is modifying the crossmember for the oil pan as Kevin (slobodan) did in his yellow wagon.

There are plenty of D24Ts in 2xx series cars, there shouldn't be a fit problem unless you go to a bigger turbo. You may have to clearence the side of the engine compartment slightly for something like that.

I'm thinking that Kevin used at least one of the 760/740 engine mounts to take some of the slant out of the engine for turbo clearance. That in turn re-oriented the transmission, and shifter position. I'll also be using my 240 oil pan modified with an oil return so I won't have any cross member issues. Nothing against Kevin's setup. I just want my 240 to be as close to original as possible while having enough power to get out of its own way.
