Headlights won't work

Hi!
I got new problems with my D24T.
When I turn on headlights, the parking lights are working, but low beams not. When switch them to high beams, they work.
First I changed the bulbs, but nothing changes.
Fuses are ok.
Maybe the headlight relay is broken?
Hope someone had the some problem and got solved.

I had once that problem and on mine it was the connections to the relay.
