front wing removal

hi all
i want to swop my front wing on 940 D 24 . i can see the bolts under the bonnet fine .
i can see the bolts when door is open near the hinges .
now I'm led to think there are bolts behind the bumper and somewhere round the mud flap . have i got it right and how do i get at the lower hidden bolts .
or dont i need to take anything off to remove the wing .near side one
help please
