new chra - Melett

I'm replacing the CHRA of my original 466088 turbo as it's now nearly 40 years old.
I got a new Melett CHRA. Quality looks good but the oil feed at the top is more like a oil drain attachment.
I emailed the company and they said the original turbo has been modified. Now before I say to them that's complete bollocks, I have to be 100% that this hasn't happened.
