244 GL Antenna

Hey, my 240s antenna was broken off and replaced by some trash one that doesn't seal it properly. I wanted to get the OEM one which I assume is the automatic powered one like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/12566433633...Bk9SR47z4O6lYQ

Only problem is the connectors don't seem to match. I will put picture of both connectors the smaller one is mine. Any help would be appreciated!
