Audi 5000 diesel, 1980
Audi 5000 is an interesting little car, called and labeled "Audi 100" in Europe, used to be a very reliable workhorse when in good hands.
Powered by the 5 cylinder version of the 6cyl VW d24 engine, it produced about 65-70HP. It used to be fun seeing (and hearing) these coming around the block back in the days... they were comfortable cars BTW and were up to the standards of Audi quality of the time. The gasoline versions often ended up getting converted to run on LPG (a liquid gas as fuel, it is liquefied petroleum gas which is kind of dangerous and pretty flammable, actually... used to be a favourite option for those who owned cars with a larger gasoline-powered motor. Large meant anything above 1.6 liter/1600cc/1600cm3). Europe. Hopefully it ends up in the hands of a diesel-head. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...tory_type=post NOT MY CAR, I am not the owner.
