Here’s my 940, had it a few months and not done a lot to it, just started stripping it down today for new belts, glow plugs and a going over.
While I had the plugs out I’ve done a compression test on the front 4, will get the last 2 tomorrow when the pump is off.

Looks sharp.
Since you already have some of the accessories off, now is the time to inspect their mounting bushings and replace as needed. Also the hoses.

Yeah il go over them at the end and see if anything is up, hoses seem good so il let them be just now.
Found a hole below the washer bottle so adding that to the list while it’s off the road, winters are brutal on cars on Scotland and I live on an island so rust is an issue if not caught
