oil pressure light flash on hot idle

if oil pump seal i bad it give you low oil pressure ? can you get a new oil pump , do they fail ?

oil pressure , what you got ?

2.4 d turbo

cold idle : 60psi

hot idle : 10psi

running :3000rpm = 35psi

think this i a bit low ?

Greenbook specs:

Oil pressure with an oil temperature of 80deg C / 176deg F and engine speed of 2000 RPM, at least 28 psi.

The low oil pressure lamp sensor goes out at 2.1 - 6.4 psi.

How are you measuring?

What kind of oil?

Mine don't have oil pressure gauge, sorry can't tell you more than that.
