Default Vacuum diagram

Hello guys, I bought a 244dl about 4 years ago and today I was finally able to move it by its own power. I had no power brakes.Checking the hoses that leads to the brake booster, I found a T with a check valve capped. But this cap has hole that looks factory. Well I did plug this hole anyways and now have power brakes. I'm puzzled, because, why have this check valve leading nowhere? Do the a/c uses vacuum? I try to find a vacuum diagram, but no luck.

I know my 240 had vacuum doors in the climate control system.

Solved, found the small hose tucked behind the wiring and the brake booster. Thanks 745Turbo.
