Default Belt tensioner, how to install it?

Hi forum, I am rebuilding a late D24TIC engine (one with two tensioners) and I did not pay attention when stripping the old head.

How is the upper belt tensioner supposed to be installed? I looked this up in the forum, on manuals and on Google but I cannot seem to find any clear how-to regarding this.

Thank you!

Default 940 tic auto 1995

hi there is only 1 tensioner on the TIC engine post 1993 models its at the high end just below the camshaft sprocket , the belt drives the water pump then theres the top and bottom sprockets then there is 1 idler fully thats it i have never done a cam belt change myself but the tensioner is spring loaded and can be adjusted with a allen key that fits into the tensioner if it requires a tiny bit more tension , check out Will Van Gemren videos on you tube regarding this there should be other too , let us know how you get on .
