Yes the Water Pipes/hoses are original Routed.
When the Waterpump impeller Spins Freely, the Engine must overheat, or ?
It doesn´t- Needle is at middle (Exactly), after 6-7 Kms of driving.
Its a Volvo 740 D24T, Year 1989
And Heater Control Valve is fully Opened.
I Think its the Headgasket, it makes Pressure, so Water cant Flow as it shoulds ...
about the Smell, of exhaust , i take a look tomorrow ! .
