hi thanks for the comments ,a friend said the same the bigger oil filter helps the oil flow but said it will be ok ,i will get a VW mann filter too, just incase i have any problems, i only got this volvo brand as company was selling them off cheaper i did not realise they were shorter in length as i checked and it said it fits my model car , any other comments much appreciated
