Check with Anders here on the forum, he might have something or know of one that would suit what you are looking for.
I also know of a few in this part of the country, though the distance is further from where you are. There was a really nice one that came up in the LA area last year and a good one with a lot of recent work completed in Portland earlier this spring, owned by a longtime forum member. Who knows if those ended up selling or not, so you could keep your eye out in those areas in case they surface again. Both were white wagons, '84 or '82 models I think.
More info on what you are looking to find? Price range, willing to buy one from a distant location or want to look only nearby, etc? Preferred color, year, options? Looking for a cheap ratty one that could be a beater, or a nice one and willing to pay a little more?
Those details will help us keep an eye out for what you are looking for. The cars do turn up on a regular basis so if you want one you'll be able to find one soon enough. You may want to follow the "orphan thread" on Turbobricks, even though the vast majority of what is posted there is gas engine Volvos and there are a lot of unhelpful commenters and peanut gallery talk, ads for diesels do get posted on a regular basis too.

Swapping the diesel drivetrain into a gas body is very simple to do for someone who knows their way around the cars, and everything bolts right in, but it requires a complete 240 diesel donor car to source parts like the engine mounts, 240 type engine wiring harness, transmission/bellhousing, etc. Still, it can sometimes be the best way to get everything you want, especially if you prefer to have a later year 240 which only came to the US originally with a gas engine.
