Nah, you were right to begin with -- this has to be incorrect, every gasser 940 I've ever seen has the standard gasser size battery in it, in the regular installation, and besides the NA redblock cars have the battery and airbox positions swapped, with the air inlet on the driver's side, so there is no way.
Afraid if you seek out a JY car from this range you'll be disappointed to find it's just like the rest of the gassers, no XL diesel trays to be had there. Purchase from Tasca probably the best bet -- or ask one of our European members to root around in junkyards over there...
