Nice looking blue paint, though I think it might be a repaint, as it looks in the pictures like a slightly different shade than the usual two metallic blue Volvo colors from this era, one is lighter and one is darker and this seems to be somewhere in the middle. CA car with original 35 year old paint usually doesn't look this shiny either. But seller doesn't say repaint so maybe it's original, if so, very good condition.
All the usual warnings about timing belt, if the seller doesn't know anything about when it was last done, then it's probably in urgent need. Sounds like some attention needed to clean up cold starting also, glow plugs or perhaps timing.
Fancy wheels and blackout trim don't look bad on it though the wheel offset with the spacers is clearly wrong.
Sounds like a collection of +T parts are also part of the deal. Belong to someone on here?
