The drain blocks are built by hand, so there are some variances and then there welded via MIG. The drain block and pan are bolted to a d24 engine block to assure fitment.
I would give the quality of the finished oil pan a B.
If there was enough interest I could get the drain blocks machined and 'perfect' but the crowd wanting to have turbo diesel 240's is small.
