Good question. I think it may be just the way...
Good question. I think it may be just the way these cars are built that turns those mounts into regular wear items. They are common for needing replacement on the gas cars also, not just the diesels....

Yeah, that tranny mount is an important point too, and not just because it saves wear and tear on the motor mounts when it is healthy... One time a few years ago I ended up with a good running 245...
