Having changed plenty of pieces, it seems that it was all down to the fuel/LDA pin. It still had the collar welded on very well, with tamper paint etc - so definitely...

After fixing the power issue, I have been messing with the LDA pin, however I now need to adjust my idle, as cold idle is 2600rpm... I have seen the idle screw referred to here many times,...
