Howdy y'all John here. I possibly ill-advisedly dove down my current path of the study of the subtle art of diesel mechanics with really no background in anything internal combustion. I'm really good (dare I say great) at bicycle (pedal not motor) mechanics, but other than that--nill. But my intrigue of Volvos was nurtured by my brother-in-law and when I saw an 1982 Volvo 244 Diesel I thought--why not?!? It has been a journey for sure (a post or two coming later concerning some questions) but I have been enjoying it nonetheless. Thanks for the membership and we'll probably be talking soon!
