WANTED LT transporter cooling fan to USA
My friends D24 camper rig decided to eat the blades of its fan, and all thats left is a ring with 4 bolt holes.
So if anyone has a 5 or 9 blade non-visco fan they'd like to sell, let me know. Or even if you know someone who does. We old switch to the visco clutch type, but with transcontinental shipping, I'm thinking that is probably less preferable. |

What about using a finger slicing flex-a-lite?

the air ducting in there isn't real friendly toward it, and we feel in the application, the simplicity of mechanical ought to be more reliable.
It has a pusher E-fan to limp around on right now though. All the mech fans I can think of with a big enough hub center are far too big in OD. We already had a D24TIC shipped over, so this isn't really beyond the scope of the project. Last edited by 745 TurboGreasel; 01-05-2016 at 10:06 PM. |
