Nice job!

As far as I can see the road tax is the same here in the Netherlands.. 123 euro's a month, around 1700 dollars a year.. just for owning a Car.

No wonder that most people in the Netherlands and Denmark drive unsafe small wobbly French cars.

Did you notice a big difference in performance with the intercooler? I'm going to intercool her also

Btw, don't know if you're planning to clean the paint job in your engine bay but I found out its easy as hell,
Heavy duty degreaser, spray it everywhere you can get it.. let it soak for a few minutes and then pressure wash it, afterwards spray everything in WD40 and its shiny as hell and the aluminium looks like new

Thank you, and sorry for the late reply.

I think I can feel a small performance-improvement. So I can recommend you'd Intercool your Volvo

The Volvo greenbook also says, that standard boostpressure is 0,6bar without Intercooler, and 0,9bar with. I have not adjusted the pressure on mine, but I have thought about it
