Default ArjenT5R goes dieseltuning!

Hello

My name is arjen and I come from holland, my daily driver is a sleeper looking volvo 940

By arjent5r at 2010-12-31

I've already did all the fuel pump adjustments even the governor trick, I've turned the boost up to 1,25 bar just today
and all I can say is that it goes like a dream haha! Lots and lots of power and torque!

Just a week ago I overhauled the lower part of the engine; piston rings where replaced, connection rod bearing where changed
and of course a new 3 layer metal headgasket with 3 holes was installed! This was done @ a respectable 477.777 km!

So I already have quite some experience with these engines and I've been reading this forum for over a year now. And it has been helpful for a few times already.

kind regards arjen

Sweet looking 940... What year? As usual you guys over in Europe were lucky enough to get these engines in the later/nicer/more modern cars than we did in the US. Is it an auto or are you lucky enough to have the M90?

to bad they mounted it with the good old m46 gearbox including the overfive pushbutton!
