The one in Oregon is an oddball. Looks to have the "GLT" trim package and a very rare interior. My guess is it was a Canadian build or version. Not the black trim and bumpers. That was only on GLT's. That interior color combination was a GLT, not a GL interior. It's A brown cloth interior on a 245. Very neat and unique car. I hope it goes to a good home!!

Rich at Volvos Only (That address in Portland) got his dealer license taken for being a criminal scheister. probably selling under his cousins name or something. Approach with 10' pole.

I almost bought that car at the tow auction before Rich got a hold of it. It is a factory GLT car. It had been sitting for a long time and wasn't running, but was complete and unmolested. It is a very rare color combo.
Kevin (slobodan on here) works(ed?) at Rich's. If it does actually have a d24 in it, I'd put my money on him swapping a diesel into it instead of messing with the old k-jet/b21 combo.

Looking closer at it, you are probably right. I've never seen a GLT D24, or a "DLT" haha. The tach appears to be a gas tach. It has the 7K scale on it. Kind of a shame if it was a GLT gas to put a D24 into it. Now don't get me wrong... I am all for the D24's, but on a rare car like a GLT, I would have kept it a gasser. Even if the engine was shot, I would have sourced a motor for it. They are about as rare as the diesels except the values on those have been starting to climb.

There is an absolutely mint one that shows up at the IPD Garage Sale every year. Original enthusiast owner. It's pretty amazing. I've only seen about 10 in that color combo. It's kind of ugly, but that's what I love about it.

Here is a pic of it:

Has anyone seen the 240 sedan in CT in-person?

It's been on Craigslist for a while....
