Default Turbo oil return question for 240s

Just wondering what everyone is doing as far as oil return back to the pan? I am using my 240 oil pan. I went ahead and had an AN fitting welded to the pan on the exhaust side on top of pans reservoir section.

I have seen in person two 240 pans modified for turbo use with turbo drain points fabricated in. Each is completely different -- one has a fitting welded in to the top of the flat part of the pan below and to the rear of the turbo, while the other has it in the very front of the pan.

I can post pictures of both setups if it will help. Both pans are at work, and one's bolted to a D24T that is going into a 245 shortly.
