Hello to you all from Estonia!

I am a relatively new owner of Volvo 945 D24TIC ´94. My third car was a diesel and Volvo is my third diesel since that. I am still putting my car in proper condition and If that is done, some tuning will follow.

I apologise now and for my further posts about typing errors. I just never studied english.

Margus

Estonia! I really never immagined that I would end up with members from so many places overseas! This is great...

Margus, please post up a couple pics of your D24Tic car! I'm guessing you have the M90 trans that we all wish we could have!

Welcome to the forum!

Thanks for nice welcome, Jason and IceV_760.

Sorry to dissapoint you, Jason, but my car has M46. I havent any nice-looking pictures made myself. I saw in this forum a thread about europeans walking more and using public transport. I am one of them . My Volvo is mostly for weekends what makes it a hobby, not routine.

If the weather is nice this weekend (only 7 hours of daylight this time of year), I will make some pictures and a thread in this forum.

Welcome.
You'l the Volvo sounds just like your cummins once you get rid of the exhaust! One of the reasons I love this car. I just sold my 92 D-250... First gen Dodges are great trucks, I've had 6 myself!

Default New Member introduction

Hi,
I'm Abe, and volv8 referred me here. I have a D24T motor that has been modified to fit in a 240 series car (intake, oil pan, engine mounts are modified). But....I have a gas M46 transmission and a spare diesel bell housing that I want to use. I recently found out that the output shafts are different sizes in the gas vs diesel transmissions. I'm here at the forum for guidance in making these two work together. So I'm going to do some searching now.
I am also looking for throttle cable spools for my motor because it didn't come with them.
Any help would be appreciated!
THanks,
Abe
