yep added fuel. but not much at all, my friend is driving with ALOT more fuel added without the rpm issue so im really scratching my head on this one.
either the pump or my engine have really bad compression...(?). |

bad compression would cause bad starts, smoke, low power. You have a fuel delivery related problem that's sure. i suggest you to go back to stock fuel quantity and stock injection timing. You could see if it's working as it should first, then mod it the proper way.

well, its around 0.6-0.7 10 kilometers i guess.
well i have wondering if my pumpaxle seal could be the badguy causing all this... |

That seal can cause the following problems:
1. Hard starting after sitting (allows fuel to drain back to tank and IP to fill with air) 2. Fuel leaking from IP driveshaft when running. 3. Sometimes causes engine to die at idle, difficulty getting it to rev. Those are not your symptoms, are they? michaelovitch explanation is more probable, that the max fuel screw has been screwed in. Sometimes this requires backing off the throttle lever one spline in compensation. It is a balancing act.

The throtle arm is as far back as it could be. The idle is at 500, and the fuel screw is barely touched since putting more fuel would only make it runaway. I could take pictures so you can take a look. Any specific you want close up on?

The idle is way too low.
It's 750 rpm for cars till 1984 and 830 rpm for cars after that. hot engine of course put the enrichment screw where it was ,then,re adjust the idle screw engine hot,or high idle cable removed if engine cold during tuning. This way you will have a good base to see if something is messed up or if it's just a tuning issue.
