Default Do I need a engine oil cooler now?

Ok since I have now put a turbo on my car I have noticed that the oil pressure runs at slightly less pressures. I have the stock oil pressure gauge and sender, stock D24t oil filter mount, stock D24t turbo feed and drain lines. I did change from 10w/30 conventional oil to full synthetic 5w/30. Is a cooler just added insurance or is a must to have. What are my options for a cooler? Thanks.
