IP timing

Hi everyone. Last week i have done my IP to rebuilt because there wasn't any pressure. I took it from the service but lost my timing and i can't run the engine it doesn't even throw smoke. Can u tell me how to set the ip and what kind of tools do i need? Sorry if there is existing thread about that just give me a link.
