Default normal idle

Hello guys, I repared the pin leaking, but now I am with the idle, in which range should I set it?

Hello, nice to hear you get it work properly.

Repair books tells following idle speeds: d24-750rpm, d24t/ic-830rpm.
With warm engine. With cold engine 1100rpm.

I myself keep idle speed at 1200rpm with cold engine, and 900rpm with warm.
Just tune them somewhere there.

that is the problem, I have it now at 1100 rpm in cold side, and I like very much the throtle feeling, but I was wondering if it would be bad for the engine.
now it feels more powerful and fast response, maybe placebo

Yes the engine feels quicker and it cool with high idle. Sounds like a powerful diesel

well, do like me- started to do new 3" piping, of course 3 out of 4 bolts on turbo broked, when we got them replaced, clock was so much at all we could do was just make 90degree curve after right front tire,
sounds like Volvo FM6 or something.

How do I adjust the idle speed on the ve pump ?.
Engine is idling at 1000 rpm when hot I would like it a bit slower
