Default Heater (Interior) Core Matrix replacement (w/o AC !!!!!)

Hi everyone.

I do my Headgasket yesterday, Car is still not heating.
(see other Thread from me)

Feed Pipe to heater Valve is Hot, (Heater valve is new), Behind the HEater Valve: hose is Hot to, but the Hose, which comes out from the heater matrix (Return pipe) - Cold.
Ais should be bleeded out...
I think the Heater Matrix is sealed by "Coolant Sealing" which may be applied by the Pre-Owner...

BUT ! ::
When i blow Water in the Inlet, Water cames out (slowly) on the Return pipe...

Control Cables are all OK, and do their work (I checked it)

Now my Question.-Wanna Change the Heater Matrix
I know , if a AC is Present, the Interior must be completely disassembled, to gain Access to the heater core.

I Have the Standard Heater, without Everything...

Is it possible, to remove Accelerator Pedal, Brake Pedal, and remove the 2 Hoses, and slide the Heater Core out ?

Every thread i found about heater core Change... everyone has a AC

Greetings

This one i Have :

And here i marked it Red, the Cover i want to remove, remove the Pedals, and Try to slide the Heater out...
