Default Glow plug fuse?

Now to my other problem.
My car don't want to start suddenly. I'm cranking it, but nothing happens. I was doing it for about 2 mins. After that checked fuel lines, everyting with that was good. Glow plug relay is ticking, but where can I find glow plug fuse? It's somewhere near the relay?
There is one way, how can I get started car - I'm taking thick wire, one end of it I put on + of battery, other end on glow plugs metal connector (I don't know how it calls in english). Wait for about 5 seconds two times and then start the car - it goes like before. So I assume that the problem is hiding in the glow plug fuse, am I right?

There is a fuse located on the bottom of the glow plug controller/ relay, it's not a standard fuse though.

The GP relay fuse is an 80A strip fuse, Flosser part # 38080. It is used more commonly on a number of other cars as an electric fan fuse so is not too difficult to find, if you look it up that way.
