Help in Southern Oregon

Does anyone know of anyone located in Southern Oregon (Medford, Ashland, Grants Pass) that is deeply familiar with repairing the D24?? I'm still having injection pump timing issues and who knows what else. I am at a loss and just need to take it in. Thanks
