500psi is normal IMO, I did dry and hot, I did the retorque, I already have 2,500 miles on the head. I do about 400+ miles on one quart of oil. Its not bad but very annoying, and the oil isn't cheap either.





Here is a picture of my oil return line, I think this the problem to the whole thing. I'm using a d24 oil pan on the D24T block, but How the motor sits at a 10 degrees and I'm thinking the oil is backing up through the turbo. Its such a low spot on the pan verse the drivers side sit much higher. I have only done this swap twice, my car and my friends 240 wagon. He is using the same set-up that I'm doing but his drain is in a higher location on the pan.
