Default How do you replace the fan bearings?

I am working my my engine rebuild, and am at the point of replacing all the little odds and ends. I am trying to replace the fan bearings, but am unsure of how to get it apart without breaking it. There are no obvious clips that hold the shaft in. I tried pressing the shaft out, but again did not want to break anything so I stopped.

In searched the forum and google but didn't find anything related to this.

Has anyone replaced these before?

These bearings are actually one unit. The ones pictured are not the correct replacement(s). We were able to press it out of the bracket, and then press the flange the fan bolts to off, but the bearing assembly is quite unique. We tried to press it apart, but destroyed it.
