D24 long block

I have a used D24 NA engine from a 1983 244. It has 160K, and ran when pulled. I bought it from someone who pulled it to put a V8 in (sadly). I was going to either drop it in a donor car, rebuild it and find a really nice donor car, rebuild it and sell it, or save it in case I ever needed it. Unfortunately, it is in my way and due to tight funds thanks to my 244 rebuild, I need to sell it. It's a bare long block. $200. Located in Westport, PA 17778.
